I have been walking on a boardwalk for many years as it brings much peace to me... I have been walking and taking steps alone in this life and I would love to be accompanied by someone that will walk with me for the rest of my life hand to hand now. Not walk ahead nor walk behind. But walk side by side and together in time. Keep up with her steps and not fall behind. Thru the years we get older and we realize things we didn't when we were younger. I have noticed now in my maturity that in my past I never had someone to walk side by side with. Maybe I never really found the person I can hold hands with and accompany me as we walk each step together in this life? While I am sitting at a bench this moment, feeling the wonderful breeze with the ocean's view. I wish for that day, that someone will sit besides me on this bench as we both look into each other's eyes and with that to be able to sit together and gaze into the ocean. You see what truly makes 2 partners is not that they can look into each other's eyes but to also gaze outwards simultaneously and to be able to visualize the same thing. To realize there is a world out there that can bring joy and happiness once again. This happiness can be as easy as holding one's hand each day
